Craig Lind graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Economics in 1995 and an Honours degree in Law (first class) in 1997. Craig joined Nosworthy Partners in 1997 and became a partner in 1999. His honours thesis was reworked and published in conjunction with Martin Hinton QC (the current Solicitor General) and was cited by the High Court of Australia in  Lipohar v The Queen; Winfield v The Queen [1999] HCA 65.

Since joining Nosworthy Partners, Craig has practiced predominantly in civil and commercial litigation, particularly in areas of insurance, building and construction, and personal injury. He is currently a committee member of the South Australian chapter of the Australian Insurance Law Association, and spent a number of years as a member of the Law Society Accident Compensation Committee and Costs Committee.  He has a complementary practice as counsel and accepts briefs from other firms.
