Nosworthy Partners has built a sound reputation for innovative legal practice in complex matters. Over the years we have developed particular expertise in conducting and defending personal injury claims, particularly major claims involving extensive physical disabilities, brain injuries, and long-term care.
We recognise that pursuing litigation to trial is not the preferred option for most clients. We aim to manage claims in our clients’ best interests, with consideration to the best personal and financial outcome for our clients.
Over the years, we have developed expertise in complex civil disputes, particularly relating to insurance, major injury claims and building and construction. We have long advocated and developed Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) in appropriate matters, having recognised its effectiveness.
Nosworthy Partners promotes a relaxed, friendly and inclusive work environment which promotes a solid relationship with clients and a fair dealing basis with lawyers and opponents.
Our firm profile offers a good mixture of experience and youthful enthusiasm, and our service standards are maintained whether we represent a large commercial entity, small business or individual clients.
We will be happy to discuss in further detail how we may assist you.
Nosworthy Partners is located in Roper Street, in the heart of Adelaide, South Australia, which is just to the west of Pulteney Street and between Flinders Street and Wakefield Street.
Car parking facilities are available on Roper Street, and numerous nearby carparks.
